Evergreen Supreme Oolong
This naturally fragrant Taiwanese cultivar of a high mountain oolong tea becomes one’s favorite instantly. Its pleasant aroma, delicate flavor and lingering finish are captured within the semi-balled leaves after numerous cycles of withering, oxidation and repeated rolling.
This oolong tea has a great deal of attention given at each step of the development process and it shows in each cup. Evergreen Supreme Oolong tea is a lively, jade-green color. The brewed tea is a yellowish-green, with a light fragrance and pure, sweet taste. The aroma really develops when hot water is poured over the leaf. It is also known as Four Seasons Oolong because it enjoys four prized harvests, one in each of the four seasons.
Brewing Information
Brewing Tips: Our Evergreen Supreme Oolong tea should be made with cold, filtered water that has been brought to a point just short of boiling (190-200° F). Using one rounded teaspoon of loose tea or one teabag for each cup required, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves. Evergreen Supreme Oolong tea should be steeped for 3-4 minutes. Once the ideal brewing time has been reached, the leaves should be removed to prevent further steeping. Decant and enjoy!

1 pound of loose leaf tea will make approximately 160 cups of brewed tea
4 ounces of loose leaf tea will make approximately 40 cups of brewed tea
