Our offices and warehouse are located at 14-A Craig Road, Acton, Massachusetts. We are conveniently located adjacent to Route 2, just off School Street, Acton and about 2 miles West of West Concord. Use the map features above to get travel directions from your current location. We are not open to the public, so please call or email with any inquiries or communications.
Due to staffing, we are also no longer able to accept in-office wholesale customer order pick-ups. Customers are welcome to call and place an order for "contactless" pick up at our offices. We will process your order by phone and will then leave your order in our "tea takeout" box outside our front door or in our warehouse receiving area. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00AM until 4:30PM. We are closed on all holidays and on the weekends.
