Cloud & Mist Green
Grown each spring and available for a limited time each season, this Cloud and Mist green tea is a unique find, deriving its name from the high altitude growing areas of the Wu Lu Mountains in the Jiangxi province of China. Grown in the gentle mountain clouds and prevalent mist, this tea consists of single bud and leaf sets that unfurl magnificently when brewed. The brewed liquor has a herbaceous aroma, a smooth and sweet taste and appears as a modest yellow-green tea in the cup.
Brewing Information
Brewing Tips: Our Cloud & Mist Green tea should be made with cold, filtered water that has been brought to a boil and then allowed to cool for 1 minute (170-180 ℉). Using one rounded teaspoon of loose tea or one teabag for each cup required, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves. Cloud & Mist Green tea should be steeped for 2-3 minutes. Once the ideal brewing time has been reached, the leaves should be removed to prevent further steeping. Decant and enjoy!
