Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl Select

Our newest Jasmine selection is a rare tea produced by hand rolling green tea buds and silvery tips into a tight, pearl shape. The craftsmanship involved in creating this tea is a true art form. Once formed into pearls, the tea is then scented repeatedly with jasmine blossoms, creating a wonderfully fragrant bouquet.

Upon brewing, each pearl unfurls to show the succulent tea leaves. A visual treat when brewed in a glass vessel, this style of tea excites not only in its appearance, but aroma and mouth-feel.
