China Jasmine

brewing-information Description

Our standard Jasmine offering is a lightly fermented pouchong tea, gently touched with freshly picked jasmine blossoms from the Huang Mountain area of China. After repeated exposure to the tea leaves, the jasmine flowers are removed, leaving the exotically fragrant aroma permeated into the fresh leaves.

Our China Jasmine selection makes a sweet and easy drinking brew that is both pleasant on the nose and mouth.

Brewing Tips: Our China Jasmine tea should be made with cold, filtered water that has been brought to a point just short of boiling (190-200 ℉). Using one rounded teaspoon of loose tea or one teabag for each cup required, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves. China Jasmine tea should be steeped for 3-4 minutes. Once the ideal brewing time has been reached, the leaves should be removed to prevent further steeping. Decant and enjoy!
