Organic Darjeeling (Singell Estate)
Description
Our Organic Darjeeling tea is cultivated at Darjeeling’s Singell Estate. This is a superbly crafted Darjeeling tea, organically grown and certified by this famous estate that was first planted by the British in 1861. Grown at an elevation of 1400m, this tea has a classic Darjeeling presentation with a light, mellow character and uplifting overtones.
Brewing Information
Brewing Tips: Our Organic Darjeeling tea should be made with cold, filtered water that has been brought to a rolling boil (205-212° F). Using one rounded teaspoon of loose tea or one teabag for each cup required, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves. Organic Darjeeling should be steeped for 3 minutes. Once the ideal brewing time has been reached, the leaves should be removed to prevent further steeping. Decant and enjoy!

1 pound of loose leaf tea will make approximately 160 cups of brewed tea
4 ounces of loose leaf tea will make approximately 40 cups of brewed tea
